Quick Announcement

Happy Easter folks! I hope that you were able to enjoy the nice weather we had in the northeast and celebrate with family and friends. We had Easter potluck brunch including ham, party pizza (which is apparently a super Rhode Island thing), blueberry pancake cake, Greek pasta salad, and mushroom/onion/tomato/spinach quiche (not quite as good as my Butternut Squash & Spinach quiche but not bad considering I made up the recipe on the fly!)

This week I’ll be traveling internationally for the first time in eight months (woohoo!) to Quebec City, Canada, to explore the area’s history and, of course, its food. Hoping to develop some Québécois recipes based on our time there. In the meantime…
